At TIO Law Office, there is a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths by appointment. We also offer notary services, 9am-7pm, Mobile Notary Services and weekend services for the convenience of Clients. Please call in advance to confirm your appointment.
Notaries are a FLAT FEE SERVICE. All Notaries/Commissioning are $40 for the first document and $20 for each additional document. There is an additional fee for the mobile notary fee service in Hamilton and Surrounding areas. HST is extra.
