Please call in advance to confirm your appointment. We offer extended weekdays and weekend services for the convenience of Clients. Notaries are a FLAT FEE SERVICE. All Notaries/Commissioning are $40 for the first document and $20 for each additional document (plus HST). House Calls are an additional $199. Please call for Quote as price varies by distance ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1. Each signing client must be present at the appointment. They will have to sign their document in front of the Notary public. 2. The document must be unsigned when you bring it in for the appointment in order for us to notarize it. 3. You must bring in 1 piece of valid, unexpired ID. o The first must be a government issued photo ID (eg. passport, driver's licence, citizenship card). o For Real Estate Notary, you must bring a second piece of ID. I may be any other government issued photo ID OR a secondary ID with just your name on it (credit card, sin card, birth certificate). 4. We will not be providing any legal advice on the document that you need notarized and we will only witness your signature on the document. Agree and Continue
